AI Solutions

Train them for the age of AI.

Your people already have the tools. We teach them to use those tools on real work, and to notice when the answer that comes back is wrong.

Where can we reach you?

We’ll reach out via email with a time.

The problem

The tools arrived. The training didn’t.

Most teams were handed the tools and nothing else — the easy half of the job got faster, the hard half didn't.

  1. 01

    Nobody checks the output

A confident wrong answer reads exactly like a right one.

  2. 02

    Everyone uses it differently

No shared idea of what good use looks like.

  3. 03

    The rules are guessed at

What can go into a prompt, and who decides — usually unwritten.

What it covers

Six skills, taught on your own work.

Every module uses the documents, data and processes your people deal with, so the practice carries straight back to the desk.

What changes.

  • Gets a usable draft in two tries, not ten.
  • Picks the right tool for the job.
  • Spots the figure that does not add up.
  • Leaves with one workflow already rebuilt.
  • Checks before sending, every time.
  • Knows where the line is, and why.

Three ways to run it.

  • Half day

    Leadership briefing

For the people deciding where AI fits, what the rules are and what to expect from their teams.

    For senior leaders

  • One or two days

    Workshop

Hands-on sessions on your own documents and processes, with every participant using the tools throughout.

    For teams and whole functions

  • Four to six weeks

    Cohort programme

Weekly sessions with real work set in between, so the habits are built on live projects, not exercises.

    For managers and specialists

What changes after the session.

Tools · Judgement · Habits

People stopped pasting whole contracts in and started asking better questions of them. The time saved was real, and so was the drop in mistakes.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do our people need to be technical?

No. The programme is built for people who write, analyse, plan and decide, not for engineers. If someone can use email, they can start.

Which tools do you teach?

The ones your organisation has approved. Where nothing is approved yet, we work across the major assistants and help you decide.

Is our data safe during training?

Exercises use your kinds of work but not confidential material. Setting the rule for what can and cannot go into a prompt is part of the programme.

Can it be tailored to one department?

Yes. Finance, HR, legal, sales and operations each get examples from their own work, and the automation module is built around one of their real processes.

How do you show it worked?

We assess the six skills at the start and at the end, and share the before-and-after with you.

Let’s build the programme your people actually need.
