Who we are
Phoenix Training Solutions is a sole proprietorship run by Sarvpreet Kaur, based in New Delhi, India. This policy covers the website you’re reading now and the enquiries it collects. If you have a question about it, write to support@phoenixsolutionss.in.
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- An email address or phone number, so we can reply
- Your industry
- The kind of training you’re asking about
We don’t ask for sensitive personal information such as passwords, bank or card details, health information or biometric data, and please don’t include it in a message to us.
We also collect, automatically:
- Where the visit came from — campaign tags in the link you clicked and the site that referred you, if any
- Usage data such as pages viewed and how you moved through the site, through Google Analytics, run inside Google Tag Manager
- Session recordings through Microsoft Clarity, so we can see how the site is actually used and fix what doesn’t work — anything you type into a form is masked before it’s recorded, so form content is never captured
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried over WhatsApp’s own service, run by Meta — see their privacy policy for how they handle it.
Why we use it
We use what we collect to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Send one automatic confirmation email when you submit the form
- Understand which pages and channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it
- Keep the site secure and working properly
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we will not add you to a marketing or newsletter list without asking you separately first.
The organisations below process information on our behalf, each for a specific job:
- Vercel
- Hosts this website.
- Supabase
- Stores enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- Our own email server, running Listmonk
- Sends the automatic confirmation email when you enquire.
- Google
- Tag Manager and Analytics, to run and measure the tools above.
- Microsoft
- Clarity, for the masked session recordings described above.
- Meta
- WhatsApp, for any conversation you choose to start with us there.
Cookies and similar storage
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, both run through Google Tag Manager, set cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits and tell pages apart. Separately, we keep a small first-party note in your browser of how you first arrived at the site — which campaign or link, if any, and the page you landed on — for up to 90 days, so an enquiry that comes in later can still be traced back to what brought you here.
You can block or delete these at any time in your browser’s settings, or using an extension such as Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them doesn’t stop you using the site — it only stops us seeing that you visited.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for as long as we’re actively talking with you about training, and for up to three years after our last contact, so we have a record of past conversations. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will, unless we’re legally required to keep something for longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Withdraw any consent you’ve given us
- Complain, if you think we’ve handled your information badly
To use any of these, write to our Grievance Officer below. We’ll respond within one month.
Keeping it secure
We rely on the security built into the services listed above — Vercel, Supabase, Google, Microsoft and Meta — and on access controls on our own email server. We only give access to your information to the people who need it to reply to you.
Children
This site is aimed at organisations arranging workplace training, not at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Where your data is stored
Some of the providers above store data on servers outside India. We only work with providers who protect it under their own security and privacy commitments, wherever it’s stored.
